Vagrant Story [PS1]

Vagrant Story - advanced 3D RPG.

 

The game is different from all the classic JRPG and other role-playing studios Square Enix. Unlike Final Fantasy, Chrono Cross and other games, Vagrant Story actions unfold in the dungeons, where we, playing for just one hero (and not for the whole squad), wander, fight with different enemies and develop your character. There are no habitual shops and traders, instead, the developers implemented a complex system of repair and crafting equipment from the found parts and weapons. The whole game and all the gameplay is made in three-dimensional graphics, fighting in this case are in real time. However, there is a tactical pause that allows you to choose the enemy and which part to deal damage (arm, head, body, etc.). This roguelike received many positive reviews and possessed for its time an advanced combat system, a multifaceted storyline and good graphics.
