Tank Battle: Blitzkrieg recreates the first battles of World War II. On September 1, 1939, the German army moved to Poland, in two weeks the Soviets also invaded, and the Polish army was crushed by October 6. In the months ahead, the Germans expanded their influence on Europe with a further invasion of Denmark and Norway. May 10, 1940, the battle for France began after the German army entered the territory of Belgium, Holland and Luxembourg. A few weeks later, the French army was forced to surrender, and the British army retreated to Dunkirk.
